Interim Staffing
Interim Staffing duration ranges from eight to fifty two weeks, perfect for vacancies due to increases census, new units opening, staff vacations, or leaves of absence.
Our services are all inclusive. For a basic hourly rate, we cover each professional's wages, payroll taxes, malpractice and worker's compensation insurance, and full benefits. We also provide our professionals with round trip travel reimbursement and lodging/housing accommodations, where required.
 
For clients that prefer to place the temporary professional on an "in-house" payroll, we offer an administrative fee option that will allow you to tailor your billing to meet your individual facility needs.

Contract Recruiter
A Senior Recruiter shall be assigned to your project for the duration.
   
100% of recruiter's time to direct source and fulfill critical staffing needs.
   
Sourcing, evaluating and closing candidates
   
All resumes acquired, candidates interviewed shall remain the property of the Client.
   
Can be done On-Site or Off-Site
   
Best value for money. Makes the hiring managers job, effortless and let them concentrate on other issues and responsibilities.
Retained Search
A Senior Recruiter shall be assigned to your project and others as required (at no extra cost) until its successful completion.
   
We shall interview each prospective candidate either in person or by videoconference.
   
We promise candidate exclusivity - candidates presented to you shall not be presented to any of our other clients.
   
We offer a performance guarantee - which we shall present at least two qualified candidates to you within a specified time period or the full retainer fee paid to date shall be refunded.
   
You shall have a forty five (45) day guarantee on the candidate employed.
Contingency Search
A Senior recruiter shall act as a liaison for your staffing requirements
   
Your requirements shall be handed over to our in-house recruiters.
   
All matching resumes shall be forwarded to the hiring manager.
