Green Card processing times vary greatly from region to region and several other factors not in the Nurses/MedStaffProÕs/AttorneyÕs control. Our experience shows that the whole process can take anywhere from 8 months to 3 years.

Visitor Visa Nurses currently in USA (with valid visa) may get work authorization from 3 months to 9 months and a year more for the actual Green card, but the nurse can start work after receiving Work Authorization.

The process explained above has been over simplified to illustrate the general order of steps. If you have, any questions please feel free to contact us.
