in USA. Health Insurance (HMO with 15/CO-pay for
routine visits) begins after 90 days of employment.
CO-pay & benefits are subject to change by the insurance

Drug Insurance: Prescription drugs can be
very expensive in USA. The provider of Health Insurance
offers prescription benefits as well. CO-pay is
$10 for each generic prescription medication. CO-pay
& benefits are subject to change by the insurance

| Dental
Insurance: Dental insurance is optional.
MedStaffPro pays half the monthly premium. Insurance
covers a limited range of dental costs. |

| Paid
Vacation: After 1st year - 5 days. After
2nd year - 10 days. After 4th year - 15 days. |

| Sick/Personal
Days: 2 days per year. Unused sick time may
be cashed out. |

| Sign
on Bonus: Sign on Bonus is optional and limited
to hard to find skills. Our list of hard to find
skills keeps changing from time to time. Please
contact us to check if you qualify for a Sign on
Bonus. |

| Referral
fee: $1.00/an hour (for the actual hours
worked by the new nurse) to any employee who refers
a nurse to MedStaffPro and that nurse works for
MedStaffPro. Referral fee limited to first project
of the new nurse. |

assistance: Whether it is relocation assistance,
or issues at the HealthCare Center, various PR people
at MedStaffPro are always working for the best interests
of our nurses. |
